You Asked...

Not an exhaustive list.  But here are some of the questions you ask regularly.

When should I order?

The sooner the better.  We do need a minimum of a weeks notice. However we sometimes booked two or more weeks in advance.

Can I Pick Up or do You Deliver?

Pick up your order Tuesday through Saturday at our location 4035 Hamilton Avenue Cincincinnati, Ohio, 45223.   We only offer delivery for Wedding orders or events for over 100 servings ($500 minimum).  See contract for details 

When Can I get my order?

You can pick up your order Tuesday through Friday between 9am and 3:00pm and Saturdays between 9-2:00pm.  If you call and get our voicemail, please leave us a message and we will call you back.  We might be helping customers or just have our hands full of hot cookies. ;-)  

What About Common Allergens?


Our kitchen is 100% vegan (dedicated dairy + egg free), so there is never dairy or eggs cooked or used on any equipment.  Many of our recipes are made without soy- the exceptions are Quiche, Frittata and Cheesecake  Our bakery regularly processes Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Gluten/Wheat flour on shared equipment, so while we do offer items without these ingredients we cannot guarantee that cross-contact won't happen

Can you make traditional flavors?

We know some of you would rather have a straight vanilla cake with vanilla icing.  We can do that and most other standard flavors.  We don't offer red velvet because the plant based food coloring we use isn't strong enough to color our chocolate cake (but that chocolate cake is really good, so try our fancy Black Velvet Cake). For these flavors, please place an order.

How can/do I pay?

You can pay cash, check or credit (we use the square) at the time of pick up.  For weddings and orders there is a $100 deposit.  Delivery requires prepayment

Do you offer sugar substitutes?


 We don't use any artifical sweeteners or sugar substitutes.  While there are some natural sweetener substitutes out there, they just don't give us the result we are looking for.

What is the shelf life of your items?

Since we don't use any preservatives in any of our products we can not guarantee the quality or freshness after 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for any reason.



What Season is it?


Winter flavors are available December, January and February

Spring flavors are available March, April and May

Summer flavors are available June, July and August

Fall flavors are available September, October and  November


Seasonal flavors are not available out of season.  If you'd like something similar, we can talk about what's on the menu and what custom flavors we can create for your special treat!.
